Job description:
- Lead the onsite technical team, facilitate, and communicate the functional and technical requirements to the offshore development team
- Analyse requirements and designs solutions to solve business problems, documented user requirements and translated them into functional specifications
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Worked closely with other vendors to resolve the production issues
- Provided regular update to client and assist PM on issue reporting, progress report and monthly progress meeting
- Preferably with Government client support and Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) implementation experience
